Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
BrandNexus Co., Ltd. processes personal information for the BrandNexus website and BNX CAMPAIGN OS in accordance with applicable privacy laws. This translation is provided for convenience; the Korean version governs if there is any inconsistency.
01Purposes of Processing
BrandNexus processes the minimum personal information required for project and service inquiries, consultation and response records, platform membership, campaign setup and operations, payment and settlement, creator rewards, dispute handling, security, and service improvement.
02Website and Application Data
Project inquiries may include company, brand, contact name, email, service of interest, schedule, and message, with phone number and budget provided optionally. Creator applications are submitted through Google Forms and are handled according to the notice and consent shown in that form.
03Brand Member Data
For platform operations, BrandNexus may process business information, authorized contact details, account and authentication data, campaign setup, applicant review, selection, payment, cancellation, and refund records.
04Creator Member Data
For campaigns, BrandNexus may process names or activity names, contact details, email, social accounts, location, content categories, application and selection history, publishing links, proposed fees, settlement records, and legally required tax or overseas-remittance information.
05Automatically Collected Data
IP address, access time, cookies, device and browser information, usage records, and security logs may be generated automatically for login security, service stability, analytics, and improvement.
06Retention
Information is retained until the applicable purpose, membership, campaign, consultation, payment, settlement, dispute, or statutory retention obligation has ended, then deleted without undue delay. Records required by Korean law are stored separately for the legally required period.
07Disclosure and Processing Providers
BrandNexus does not disclose personal information without consent or a legal basis. For service operation, data may be processed by infrastructure, security, storage, and application providers, including OpenAI- and Cloudflare-based infrastructure and Google Forms, within the scope required to provide the service.
08Cross-border Transfers
Website infrastructure and Google Forms may transmit and store data in countries where relevant providers operate data centers. Details, legal basis, retention, and refusal options are disclosed where required by applicable law.
09Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, or account termination. BrandNexus will verify the requester and respond in accordance with applicable law.
10Security and Deletion
BrandNexus limits access, protects authentication and sensitive information, manages logs and vulnerabilities, and securely deletes electronic and paper records when retention is no longer required.
11Cookies and Analytics
Cookies may be used for login, security, user experience, and analytics. Browser settings can be used to refuse or delete cookies, although essential functions may then be limited. Any Google Analytics or Naver Analytics implementation will be reflected in this policy before use.
12Children
BrandNexus does not knowingly accept members or creator applications from children under 14. If such information is identified, it will be deleted without undue delay.
